VCD tersebut berisi cerita MAMA yang meresahkan kaum Muslimin dengan memutarbalikkan fakta serta ajaran Islam yang sesungguhnya. E-book ini menjawab semua bantahan dan kebohongan MAMA.

About Shroud of Turin

Shroud of Turin is a linen cloth 14 feet 3 inches long by 3 feet 7 inches wide, bearing the highly distinct Image of a Crucified Man. Since the sixteenth century, the Shroud, believed by many to be the burial cloth of Christ, has been kept in St. John the Baptist Cathedral in Turin, Italy. From August until October 2000, the Shroud was displayed publicly -- for the last time -- in Turin, Italy. The previous public exhibition was in 1998 and, prior to that, 1978 and even before that, 1933, 1931, and 1898. And next exhibiton will be held in the Spring of 2010.

Respected scholars, As-Salamu `Alaykum. I have asked this question of many scholars but no one has been able to give me a satisfactory answer. I hope you can clarify it for me.

I know that man has to go through a lot of problems and afflictions throughout his life. Now these sufferings could be a punishment from God or it could be that God wants to test his faith and raise his ranks in the Hereafter. But how can we tell the difference between punishment from God or tests and trials by God?

1. Associating anything with Allah

2. Murder

3. Practicing magic

4. Abandoning salah (ritual Prayer)

5. Not paying zakah

6. Not fasting during the month of Ramadan without excuse

7. Not performing Hajj, while being able to do so

8. Showing disrespect to parents

Tempat Penyucian Diri dalam Islam

heaven Pertanyaan :

As-Salamu`alaikum wahai sheikh.

Pertanyaan saya tentang Al-Qur'an surat Al-A'raf. Dalam ayat 40 - 41, Allah SWT berfirman: "Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang mendustakan ayat-ayat Kami dan menyombongkan diri terhadapnya, sekali-kali tidak akan dibukakan bagi mereka pintu-pintu langit dan tidak (pula) mereka masuk surga, hingga unta masuk ke lubang jarum. Demikianlah Kami memberi pembalasan kepada orang-orang yang berbuat kejahatan.Mereka mempunyai tikar tidur dari api neraka dan di atas mereka ada selimut (api neraka). Demikianlah Kami memberi balasan kepada orang-orang yang zalim."

Sepertinya Allah SWT menjelaskan ke kita bahwa ada tempat seperti tempat penyucian diri, tempat yang berada antara Surga dan Neraka. Apakah memang ada tempat seperti itu dalam Islam?

Purgatory in Islam

heaven Question :

As-Salamu`alykum dear sheikh. My question is about surat al-‘araf. On verses 40 - 41, Allah says: "Lo! They who deny Our revelations and scorn them, for them the gates of heaven will nor be opened not will they enter the Garden until the camel goeth through the needle's eye. Thus do We requite the guilty. Theirs will be a bed of hell, and over them coverings (of hell). Thus do We requite wrong-doers." It seems that Allah explains to us that there is something like a purgatory, something between nar and jannah. Is there in Islam something like that?
