"And when My servants ask thee concerning Me, I am indeed close (to them): I respond to the dua (prayer) of every suppliant when they calleth on Me " [Al-Baqara 2:186]

1. Our Lord! Give unto us in the world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and guard us from the doom of Fire. (Al-Baqara 2:201)

2. Our Lord! Bestow on us endurance and make our foothold sure and give us help against the disbelieving folk. (Al-Baqara 2:250)

3. Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget, or miss the mark! (Al-Baqara 2:286)

4. Our Lord! Lay not on us such a burden as Thou didst lay on those before us! (Al-Baqara 2:286)

5. Our Lord! Impose not on us that which we have not the strength to bear! Pardon us, absolve us and have mercy on us, Thou, our Protector, and give us victory over the disbelieving folk. (Al-Baqara 2:286)

6. Our Lord! Cause not our hearts to stray after Thou hast guided us, and bestow upon us mercy from Thy Presence. Lo! Thou, only Thou art the Bestower. (Al-'Imran 3:8)

7. Our Lord! Lo! we believe. So forgive us our sins and guard us from the punishment of Fire; (Al-'Imran 3:16)

8. Our Lord! We believe in that which Thou hast revealed and we follow him whom Thou hast sent. Enroll us among those who witness (to the truth). (Al-'Imran 3:53)

9. Our Lord! Forgive us for our sins and wasted efforts, make our foothold sure, and give us victory over the disbelieving folk. (Al-'Imran 3:147)

10. Our Lord! Thou createdst not this in vain. Glory be to Thee! Preserve us from the doom of Fire. (Al-'Imran 3:191)

11. Our Lord! Therefor forgive us our sins, and remit from us our evil deeds, and make us die the death of the righteous. (Al-'Imran 3:193)

12. Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If Thou forgive us not and have not mercy on us, surely we are of the lost! (Al-A'raf 7:23)

13. Our Lord! Place us not with the wrongdoing folk. (Al-A'raf 7:47)

14. Our Lord! Decide with truth between us and our folk, for Thou art the best of those who make decision. (Al-A'raf 7:89)

15. Our Lord! Vouchsafe unto us steadfastness and make us die as men who have surrendered (unto Thee). (Al-A'raf 7:126)

16. Our Lord! Oh, make us not a lure for the wrongdoing folk; And, of Thy mercy, save us from the folk that disbelieve. (Yunus 10:85-86)

17. Our Lord! Lo! Thou knowest that which we hide and that which we proclaim. Nothing in the earth or in the heaven is hidden from Allah. (Ibrahim 14:38)

18. Our Lord! Give us mercy from Thy presence and shape for us right conduct in our plight. (Al-Kahf 18:10)

19. Our Lord Forgive us and our brethren who were before us in the faith, and place not in our hearts any rancor toward those who believe. Our Lord! Thou art Full of Pity, Merciful. (Al-Hashr 59:10)

20. Our Lord! In Thee we put our trust, and unto Thee we turn repentant, and unto Thee is the journeying. (Al-Mumtahana 60:4)

21. Our Lord! Make us not a prey for those who disbelieve, and forgive us, our Lord! Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Mighty, the Wise. (Al-Mumtahana 60:5)

22. Our Lord! Perfect our light for us, and forgive us! Lo! Thou art Able to do all things. (At-Tahrim 66:8)

23. Say: Lo! my worship and, my sacrifice and my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the Worlds. (Al-An'am 6:162)
