Drupal : Repairing MySQL Table
This morning, I got this message in one of my sites 'erakomputer':
Table './erakomp_drpl1/cache_menu' is marked as crashed and should be repaired query: SELECT data, created, headers, expire, serialized FROM cache_menu
I don't know what's wrong with my site, there's nothing wrong when I open it last night but suddenly this morning that message has flooding my site pages. Thanks God Drupal Forum give a solution for this. They said it was problem with one of tables in MySQL database. They guess if the hosting machine crashes (i.e. does not get shutdown cleanly), this can happen. They suggesting I need to run the REPAIR command from mysql or phpMyAdmin.
How to repair it :
The table need to repair is cache_menu table.

In my previous article, I wrote about Gmail manager, a firefox extension, with allow you to login more than one Gmail accounts and check them simultaneously. But it only for Gmail, you can't use it on other webmail service such Yahoo Mail or Hotmail.
Don't be affraid, if you have Yahoo mail or Hotmail accounts, you can still login with multiple accounts in different tabs and windows simultaneously. How?
Use CookiePie 1.0.0 Firefox Extension from Nektra. CookiePie is a Firefox®/Flock®/GNU IceWeasel® extension that enables
you to maintain different cookies storage in different tabs and windows.
How to obtain and use it?

Seven Power-Saving Tips for Your Computer
1. Dial down your screen brightness. The brighter your screen, the more power it uses.
2. Turn off your system completely at the end of the day, instead of putting it in sleep mode.
3. If you (still) have a CRT, consider upgrading to an LCD. An LCD uses about 1/3 of the power (and causes less eyestrain to boot).
4. Forgot the screen saver. Most monitors no longer are in danger of having images burned into them, and screen savers actually use up monitor power.

I am using Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy and GeForce with Nvidia as graphic card chipset. Until yesterday I can't change my screen resolutions, default is 1024 x 768 and its a maximal resolution. I am usually set the screen resolutions to 1280 x 960 when I am in Windows XP. Then one of my friend told me try to use this command in order to increase my screen resolutions.

Free Disk Utilities Software for Windows
Need a good and free utilities software for your Windows. All you need is download it from their website. Here the lists :
Defraggler
www.defraggler.com
This won't clear the Fraggles out of the rock, but it does defragment a hard disk—or, in a nice twist, individual files. If you're not sure what needs defragging, it'll provide a list of files that need it. The single EXE file can run from a thumb drive.
SystemRescueCD
www.sysresccd.org
How does a full Linux system on a bootable CD-ROM help Windows users? By providing access to all sorts of systems and drives (even network drives) when your computer won't start. It may provide the best (and only) access you can get after a fatal disk catastrophe.

About Firefox : Some Advice and How-To
If you using Firefox perhaps this article would be useful. Everything about Firefox you must know.
ADVICE
• Use Exit to close entirely
When closing Firefox, use File | Exit instead of hitting the red X button. It closes every instance, even other open windows. When you reopen Firefox, all tabs are restored, and so are the separate open windows (if that's how things are configured in the options).
