Microsoft pada bulan Juni ini telah mengupdate Tool Software Penghapus Kode Jahat (MSRT) yang berfungsi mendeteksi dan menghilangkan malware pencuri password game. Dan secara mengejutkan lebih dari 2 juta PC telah terinfeksi di minggu pertama (untuk yang mendownload MSRT sendiri lebih dari 330 juta).
