Sama-sama. Untuk memblok berita utk user tertentu saja bisa dicoba dengan membuat Roles di menu User management. Buat sebuah role user baru dan nanti edit permission per module utk role baru tersebut. Utk forum saya belum berani aktifin mengingat ilmu saya masih terbatas :).
